各证券监管办公室、办事处、特派员办事处,上海、深圳证券交易所,上海、深圳证券监管专员办事处:目前,部分证券经营机构违反《证券法》规定,擅自与商业银行联合开办“存折炒股”业务,致使商业银行的储蓄网点大量从事证券经纪业务,不符合银行、证券分业经营、分业管理、分别设立的原则,隐藏着极大的金融风险。必须予以纠正,坚决清理。现就清理“存折炒股”问题通知如下:
