京津冀三地应在合理定位基础上,实现三地合理分工。现行的矛盾在于,三地的定位和目标存在重叠,在地方规划过程中发展重点和规划产业大致相同
Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei should make reasonable division of labor among the three places on the basis of reasonable positioning. The current contradiction lies in the overlapping of the three places’ positioning and objectives. The development priorities in the local planning process are roughly the same as those in the planning industry
