HD-1型铬锆铜电极合金电极合金是电阻焊过程中的关键材料,在点、缝焊中,电极材料性能的优劣对焊接质量及生产率有很大影响。本文介绍了HD-1型铬锆铜电极合金的制造工艺应用范围和使用效果。经过广泛的优选试验,确定了HD-1铬锆铜电极合金元素的最佳含量为:Cr0.25~0.40%,Zr0.08~0.15%,Si0.01~0.04%,Mg0.02~0.05%,Cu为余量。其热处理及冷变形最佳工艺规范为:固溶处理950~970℃,保温1.5~2小时;冷变形率为40~50%;时效处理470±10℃,保温2~3小时。依照上述成分及工艺制造的HD-1合金的主要性能为:导电率≥75%LACS;室
HD-1 chromium-zirconium copper electrode alloy electrode alloy resistance welding process is the key material in the point, seam welding, the pros and cons of the electrode material quality has a significant impact on the welding quality and productivity. This article describes the HD-1 chromium zirconium copper electrode alloy manufacturing process and application of the results. After a wide range of optimization experiments, the optimum content of alloying elements of HD-1 Cr-Zr-Cu electrode was determined as follows: Cr0.25 ~ 0.40%, Zr0.08 ~ 0.15%, Si0.01 ~ 0.04%, Mg0.02 ~ 0.05% , Cu is the balance. The best heat treatment and cold deformation process specifications: solution treatment 950 ~ 970 ℃, holding 1.5 to 2 hours; cold deformation rate of 40 to 50%; aging treatment 470 ± 10 ℃, heat 2 to 3 hours.
