介绍了一种数控冲床中旋转冲头装置的结构与工作原理,并且对旋转装置的定位提出了一套简单可行的方案。采用ANSYS软件对数控冲床的旋转冲头装置进行有限元分析与计算。由静力学分析可知,极限条件下的变形量为0.013728mm,对系统的影响可忽略不计。根据模态分析的前4阶固有频率振型图可确定振动变形主要发生在下模座安装凹模的凹槽位置处,提高此处的材料性能和增加此处的半径,可有效提高旋转冲头的性能。
This paper introduces the structure and working principle of rotary punch device in NC punch press, and puts forward a set of simple and feasible scheme for the positioning of rotary device. ANSYS software is used to carry out the finite element analysis and calculation of the rotary punch device of CNC punch press. From the statics analysis shows that the deformation under the limit of 0.013728mm, the impact on the system is negligible.
