目的 研究纳米烧 (烫 )伤敷料对海水浸泡兔软组织伤的治疗效果。方法 分两次实验进行。实验一 :10只家兔致背部切口伤 6 0个切口 ,海水浸泡 3h后 ,分 3组治疗 :(1)纳米敷料组 ;(2 ) 1%磺胺嘧啶银 (1% Ag SD)组 ;(3)凡士林纱布组。治疗前及每次换药各组均随机选取 2个切口取活检及细菌培养 ,比较海水浸泡后不同处理组的病理变化、伤口感染情况及愈合速度。实验二 :15只家兔致背部切口伤 90个切口 ,分为 3组 ,伤口分别海水浸泡 6 h,自来水浸泡 6 h,空气中暴露 6 h。海水浸泡伤口用纳米敷料治疗 ;自来水浸泡伤口用 1% Ag SD治疗作为药物对照 ;空气暴露伤口用凡士林纱布治疗为空白对照。将损伤重的伤口采用纳米敷料治疗 ,以观察其疗效。结果 海水浸泡 3或 6 h后伤口裂开 1~ 1.5cm,肌肉肿胀 ,渗出较其它两组明显。各组病理检查均有炎细胞浸润 ,组织间隙水肿 ,肌纤维变性 ,以海水浸泡组最明显 ;伤口细菌培养海水浸泡组的细菌阳性率最高 ,细菌种类最多 ,但经用纳米烧 (烫 )伤敷料治疗后 ,细菌逐渐减少 ,伤口感染发生少且轻。两次实验平均愈合时间分别为 :纳米敷料组为 6 .4 d和15 .3d;1% Ag SD组为 8.6 d和 16 .6 d;凡士林纱布组为 11.2 d和 16 .4 d。结论 纳米烧伤敷料能控制或减少感染 ,加速创面愈合。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of nano-burn (hot) wound dressing on soft tissue injury of rabbit immersed in seawater. The method was divided into two experiments. Experiment 1: After 6 incisions of 10 incisions in the back of the rabbits, the wounds were immersed in seawater for 3 hours and then divided into 3 groups: (1) nano-dressing group; (2) 1% silver sulfadiazine (1% 3) Vaseline gauze group. Before treatment and each dressing every group were randomly selected 2 incision for biopsy and bacterial culture, seawater immersion after treatment compared to different pathological changes, wound infection and healing rate. Experiment 2: Ninety rabbits were incisional wounds in 90 incisions, divided into 3 groups. The wounds were soaked in sea water for 6 hours, soaked in tap water for 6 hours and exposed to air for 6 hours respectively. Sea water immersion wounds treated with nano-dressing; tap water immersion wound treated with 1% Ag SD as a drug control; air exposure wound treated with Vaseline gauze as a blank control. The injured wounds were treated with nano-dressing to observe its curative effect. Results After immersion in sea water for 3 or 6 h, the wounds were split 1 ~ 1.5 cm apart. Muscle swelling and exudation were more obvious than the other two groups. Pathological examination of each group had inflammatory cell infiltration, interstitial edema and myofibrosis, and the most obvious was in seawater immersion group. Bacteria cultured seawater immersion group had the highest positive rate of bacteria and the largest number of bacterial species. However, After treatment, bacteria gradually decreased, wound infection occurred less and light. The average healing time of the two experiments were respectively: 6.4 days and 15.3 days in the nano-dressing group, 8.6 days and 16.6 days in the 1% Ag SD group and 11.2 days and 16.4 days in the Vaseline gauze group. Conclusion Nano-dressing can control or reduce infection and accelerate wound healing.
