目的 探讨 +Gz 重复暴露后 ,大鼠血小板计数 (PL T)、粘附试验 (PAd T)、聚集试验(PAg T)和血液流变学的变化。 方法 利用动物离心机 ,将大鼠分别重复暴露 +10 Gz 2 0 s、+10 Gz40 s,共作用 4次 ,两次之间间歇 5 min。观察 +Gz暴露后 ,PL T、PAd T、PAg T和血液流变学的变化。 结果 +10 Gz 40 s组与对照组相比 ,PL T、PAd T和 PAg T都明显增加 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;全血粘度 (ηb)、全血还原粘度 (ηrd)和红细胞聚集指数 (EAI)亦增加 ,差异均有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。+10 Gz 2 0 s与对照组相比 ,各参数无明显变化。 结论 +10 Gz 40 s重复暴露可引起血小板粘附、聚集功能增强和血液流变学的改变 ,而 2 0 s的 10 Gz 暴露则不引起这些变化
Objective To investigate the changes of platelet count (PL T), adhesion test (PAd T), aggregation test (PAg T) and hemorheology in rats after + Gz repeated exposure. Methods The animals were exposed to +10 Gz 2 0 s and + 10 Gz 40 s respectively by means of animal centrifuge for 4 times and intermittent for 5 minutes. Changes in PL T, PAd T, PAg T, and hemorheology after + Gz exposure were observed. Results Compared with the control group, PLT, PAd T and PAg T were significantly increased in +10 Gz 40 s group (P <0.05 or P <0.01); whole blood viscosity (ηb), whole blood reduction Viscosity (ηrd) and erythrocyte aggregation index (EAI) also increased, the difference was significant (P <0.05). +10 Gz 2 0 s compared with the control group, the parameters did not change significantly. Conclusions Repeated exposure of +10 Gz 40 s can cause platelet adhesion, enhanced aggregation and hemorheological changes, whereas 10 Gz exposure at 20 s did not induce these changes
