2014年7月8日,河南省博士后研发基地项目对接活动在河南省人才交流中心举办。来自全省16个省辖市、1个省直管县和省直单位的105个博士后研发基地和25个博士后科研创新团队到会交流洽谈。在活动仪式上,省博管办负责人介绍全省博士后研发基地和创新团队工作开展情况;省人社厅党组成员、省外国专家局局长郭成全到会讲话,充分肯定河南省博士后工作和博士后研发基地工作成绩,进一步阐述开展研发基地项目对接活动的意义,并对今后加强研发基地建设提出了三点要
July 8, 2014, Henan Province, post-doctoral research and development base project docking activities held in Henan Province Talent Exchange Center. 105 post-doctoral research and development bases and 25 post-doctoral research and innovation teams from 16 provincial cities, 1 provincial straight-line counties and provincial direct units attended the meeting and exchanged views and discussions. At the event ceremony, the person in charge of Hunan Provincial Department of Management led a briefing on the development of the postdoctoral research and development base and the innovation team in the province. Guo Chengquan, member of the Provincial Social and Social Affairs Department and director of the Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, arrived at the meeting and fully affirmed the postdoctoral work and postdoctoral fellowship in Henan Province R & D base performance, to further elaborate the significance of carrying out R & D base project docking activities, and to strengthen the R & D base in the future made three points
