舌瓣常用于面下部缺损的修复。Guerrero—S—antos和Altamirano首先叙述了用舌瓣修复较大的腭部缺损,过去人们不愿应用舌瓣,怕造成舌功能障碍,这种担心是不必要的。手术方法: 从舌背取带蒂舌瓣,一般有两种方法:一种蒂在舌的前部;另一种蒂在后部。蒂在前部的舌瓣适用于修复硬腭、前部颊粘膜、口底前部和上下唇的缺损;蒂在后部的舌瓣适用于软腭、磨牙后区和后部颊粘膜的缺损。
Tongue flap commonly used in the repair of the lower part of the defect. Guerrero-S-antos and Altamirano first described the use of the valve flap to repair large palatal defects. In the past, people were reluctant to apply the valve flap for fear of causing tongue dysfunction. This fear was unnecessary. Surgical methods: Take the pedicle flap from the back of the tongue, there are two general methods: one pedicle in the front of the tongue; the other pedicle in the back. The anterior flap is suitable for repairing the hard palate, the anterior buccal mucosa, the anterior and posterior lip of the mouth, and the posterior flap for defects in the soft palate, posterior molars, and posterior buccal mucosa.
