食管感染是食管癌术后吻合瘘的一个重要原因。本文在食管癌术前准备中,采取食管冲洗方法,有效防治梗阻段食管的细菌。感染和食管粘膜炎,因而明显降低了吻合口瘘的发生率,提高了食管癌的手术疗效。
Esophageal infection is an important cause of anastomotic spasm after esophageal cancer. This article in the preoperative preparation for esophageal cancer, esophageal irrigation method to effectively control the esophageal obstruction of the bacteria. Infection and esophageal mucositis significantly reduce the incidence of anastomotic leakage and improve the efficacy of esophageal cancer.
