“九五”期间,总公司把跨世纪人才的培训作为增强企业竞争力和发展后劲的重要举措之一,每年都加大职工教育的投入,并吸收、引进人才,使各类专业技术人员在职工中的比重由1990年的20.6%提高到1997年底的36.34%。除对员工进行大规模培训外,还制订井实施了跨世纪青年技术骨干培训工程,其中影响较大、效果较好的是“项目经理培训中心”,被誉为总公司的“黄埔军校”。
