新闻2014年1月15日,在上海浦东丽思卡尔顿酒店举行的“中国杰出雇主2014”认证晚宴上,杰出雇主调研机构正式授予41家中国企业“中国杰出雇主2014”年度认证。年度“中国杰出雇主”调研显示,2013年众多中国顶尖企业优先选择的三大人力资源工作重点分别为1)人才管理,2)领导力发展和3)员工敬业度。相较于2012年度的调查结果:1)员工敬业度,2)员工保留,3)将人力资源部门提升到战略台作伙伴地位,有显著的变化。人力资源工作重点的变化及趋势与近年来人才战略地位的不断提升以及在保留员工方面所取得的积极成效密切相关,各家企业因此得以调配出更多的精力从事人才的发展。
News On January 15, 2014, Outstanding Employers Research Institute officially granted 41 Chinese enterprises and “China Outstanding Employer 2014” annual certification at the “China Outstanding Employer 2014” certification dinner held at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong on January 15, 2014 . Year “China Outstanding Employer ” survey shows that in 2013, the top three HR priorities preferred by many top Chinese enterprises are 1) talent management, 2) leadership development and 3) employee engagement. Compared with the results of FY2012: 1) Employee engagement, 2) Employee retention, 3) Significant changes have taken place in upgrading Human Resources to strategic partner. The changes and trends in human resources priorities are closely related to the continuous improvement of the strategic position of human resources personnel in recent years and the positive achievements made in retaining employees. As a result, various enterprises have been allocated more energy to develop their talents.
