倪光南,计算机专家。作为我国最早从事汉字信息处理和模式识别研究的学者之一,提出并实现在汉字输入中应用联想功能。主持开发的联想式汉字系统,较好地解决了汉字处理的一系列技术问题,于1988年获国家科技进步一等奖。随后又主持开发了联想系列微型机,于1992年获国家科技进步一等奖。近年来,致力于在中国推进开放源代码的Linux操作系统,以及基于国产CPU和Linux的网络计算机等有自主核心技术的产品。1994年当选为中国工程院院士。
Ni Guangnan, a computer expert. As one of the earliest scholars engaged in the study of Chinese character information processing and pattern recognition in our country, this paper proposes and realizes the application of the associative function in the input of Chinese characters. Presided over the development of the Lenovo Chinese system, a better solution to a series of technical problems handling Chinese characters, in 1988 won the first prize of national scientific and technological progress. Then presided over the development of a series of Lenovo Microcomputer, in 1992 by the National Science and Technology Progress Award. In recent years, committed to promoting the open source Linux operating system in China, as well as based on domestic CPU and Linux network computers have their own core technology products. In 1994 was elected academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering.
