铁丰21号是铁岭市农科所以铁丰9号为母本,黑河54号为父本进行有性杂交,经多年选育而成的大豆新品种.1985年被省农作物品种审定委员会审定通过.该品种为适于夏播的早熟品种,生育期77～87天.在夏播情况下,株高40～60厘米,分枝0.5～1.0个,主茎节数9.0～13.0个,叶椭圆形,叶片较小,植株较繁茂,茸毛灰白色.开紫花,无限结荚习性,荚较密,多为二、三粒荚.种皮
