在高职院校中加强政工队伍建设将有助于和谐校园的构建。首先对和谐校园的概念进行了分析,讨论了高职院校政工队伍推进和谐校园建设的目标定位、目标实现方式以及原则。然后从政工队伍职责分工不明确以及受重视程度不足两个角度分析了高职院校政工队伍建设存在的问题。最后提出了分别从明确政工工作职能、提高重视程度以及制定科学的教学体系和科研机制、优化政工队伍年龄、学历和知识结构配置以及建立选拔、聘用和培训机制四个方面分析了加强政工队伍建设的具体方法。
Strengthening the construction of political contingent in higher vocational colleges will help to build a harmonious campus. Firstly, it analyzes the concept of a harmonious campus, and discusses the target orientation, the target realization method and the principle of the construction of a harmonious campus by the political contingent in higher vocational colleges. Then from the angle of the unclear division of responsibility of the political work force and the insufficient attention, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the political work force in higher vocational colleges. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the building of the contingent of political workers from four aspects: clarifying the functions of political work, raising the emphasis, setting up a scientific teaching system and scientific research mechanism, optimizing the configuration of the political workforce for age, education and knowledge, and establishing the selection, hiring and training mechanisms The specific method.
