中等职业学校是以就业为导向、以学生的专业技能为本位的特殊教育。其中班主任的管理显得尤为重要,要当好一个中职学校的班主任,对每一个中职教师而言都是一个巨大的挑战。由于职校的学生绝大部分在思想上比较消极,在礼仪上比较缺乏,心理上比较自卑等特点,作为中职学校的班主任在管理班级上不能采用传统的管理模式,应采用适当的新策略,以使学生通过三年的中职教育后,无论在思想上、礼仪上、心理上都达到一种比较完美的状态。“教育恒久远,创新每一天”这句话值得每一个中职学校的班主任做出深刻的思考。那么,如何创新才能使中职学生在毕业后得到就业单位的大力欢迎呢?分析中职学校班主任在班级日常管理方法上如何做出实践体验创新。
