目的 :研究第Ⅱ指蹼分叶岛状皮瓣的血供 ,为临床应用提供解剖学资料。方法 :解剖 60例成人手的血管标本 ,进行肉眼观测。结果 :第Ⅰ掌背动脉供应食指背面桡侧皮肤 ,第Ⅱ掌背动脉供应食指尺侧及中指桡侧皮肤 ,两动脉的分支在食指背侧吻合成网。结论 :第Ⅱ指蹼分叶岛状皮瓣由第Ⅰ、Ⅱ掌背动脉供应 ;带第Ⅰ或第Ⅱ掌背动脉血管蒂的分叶岛状皮瓣修复拇指成活率高 ,达 90 .9%。
OBJECTIVE: To study the blood supply of the second-finger webbed island flap and provide anatomical data for clinical application. Methods: Anatomy of 60 adult human hand vascular specimens, macroscopic observations. Results: The first dorsal artery was used to supply the dorsal radial skin of the index finger. The second dorsal artery was used to supply the ulnar and middle radial of the index finger. The branches of the two arteries were meshed with the dorsal side of the index finger. CONCLUSION: The second-finger webbed leaf flap is supplied by the dorsalis pedis artery Ⅰ and Ⅱ. The island-flap with the first or second dorsal metacarpal artery pedicel pedicle graft has a high survival rate of 90.9 %.
