目的观察斯氏狸殖吸虫在大鼠体内发育过程中的血清特异性抗体水平动态变化。方法用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测感染斯氏狸殖吸虫大鼠在不同时期的特异性的血清抗体。结果大鼠在感染后第45天检测到抗囊蚴抗体且抗体水平逐渐升高 ,60天达到最高 ,以后略有下降并维持一定水平 ,直至感染结束。在感染后的第80天开始检测到抗成虫抗体 ,但抗体滴度一直处于较低水平 ,感染结束后均在4只试验大鼠肺部查到成虫。结论大白鼠感染斯氏狸殖吸虫后血清抗体的变化具有期特异性。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of seronegative antibodies in the developing stage of S. copepods in rats. Methods Serum antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) at different stages in infected S. japonicum. Results In the 45th day after infection, the anti-CEA antibody was detected in the rats and the antibody level gradually increased. The antibody reached the peak at 60 days and then decreased slightly and maintained at a certain level until the infection was over. Adult antibodies were detected on the 80th day post-infection, but antibody titers were consistently low, and adults were found in the lungs of four test rats after the infection. Conclusion The serum antibody changes after the infection of Trichoplusia serrata in rats are of period specificity.
