“吉林省围产保健讲习班”于1987年9月19日在长春结束参加这次讲习班的是来自全省县以上妇幼保健院(所、站)的59名围产保健专业技术人员。讲习班上,白求恩医科大学和省内一些围产保健方面的专家、教授共20余人讲授了与围产医学和围产保健有关的专业技术和妇幼卫生管理知识等。同时还组织参观了某些医院的“胎儿电子监护仪”、“B型超声波检查”及“胎儿胎盘功能实验室检查”等。吉林省卫生厅副厅长王凤兰、妇幼卫生处副处长张桂枝看望了学员,并作了重要的讲话。学习班结束时学员们一致
The Perinatal Care Workshop in Jilin Province ended on September 19, 1987 in Changchun. The workshop was attended by 59 perinatal health professional technicians from the MCH (or stations) at or above the county level in the province. In the workshop, more than 20 experts and professors of perinatal health care department at Bethune Medical University and the province attended the conference and gave lectures on specialized technologies and maternal and child health management related to perinatal medicine and perinatal care. At the same time also visited some hospitals, “fetal electronic monitor”, “B-type ultrasound examination” and “fetal placental function laboratory test” and so on. Wang Fenglan, deputy director of the Jilin Provincial Health Department, Zhang Guizhi, deputy director of the MCH department visited the trainees and made important speeches.
