我们并不鼓励你每天都要吃高脂肪的食物。但坚果中的高脂肪营养不仅含有大量的蛋白质,而且是由很多健康的单一和复合不饱和脂肪构成的。可这并不意味着你就可以每天吃一大包坚果,因为从根本上来说,坚果还是一个高脂肪的食物。吃坚果的最好方法就是一次只吃一把,这个量基本上等于28克左右,并能提供足够的营养而不会摄入过量的热量。
We do not encourage you to eat high-fat foods everyday. But the high fat diet in nuts contains not only large amounts of protein, but also many healthy single and complex unsaturated fats. But that does not mean you can eat a large bag of nuts a day, because nuts are basically a high-fat diet. The best way to eat nuts is to eat only one at a time, which is roughly 28 grams or so and provides enough nutrition without excessive intake of calories.
