尽管一般认为由于天然气自燃温度高,比重小,抗爆性好,但笔者认为CNG汽车气瓶、管道、阀门等改装系统的正确安装、定期检查、日常维护可以保障CNG汽车具有更好的安全性能。1)安装单位应当按照《压力容器安装改造维修许可规则》的规定取得车用气瓶安装许可证后,方可在许可证批准的范围(资格项目和安装场地)内开展车用气瓶的安装工作。任何单位和个人不得私自安装、拆装、更换或者维修车用气瓶。严禁对气瓶进行挖补、焊接修理。气瓶的原始制造标示、铭牌应齐全,内容完整,印记清晰;肉眼检查气瓶外表应无永久性的变形。瓶阀应完好;2)充装前后应当对气瓶及其附件进行安全状况检查;充装的气体必须经过脱水、脱硫和脱
