企业对知识型员工的需求量日益增强,但知识型员工的流动率却越来越高。本文在介绍知识型员工流动的现状的基础上,由里到外、由浅到深,层层剖析知识型员工流动的原因;最后从调整薪酬福利待遇、改革绩效考核制度、优化工作环境等方面提出相应的解决对策,旨在为企业知识型员工管理中提供一些参考建议。
The demand for knowledge workers is increasing day by day, but the turnover rate of knowledge workers is getting higher and higher. Based on the introduction of the current situation of knowledge workers’ turnover, this paper analyzes the reason of the turnover of knowledge workers from the inside to the outside, from the depth to the depth.
