党的十一届三中全会以来,农村经济体制改革的成功,不仅有力地推动了农业经济的发展和农民生活的改善,而且给城市经济的进一步发展提出了许多新的的课题,推动着城市经济体制的改革。当前,进一步完善工业企业内部经济责任制是城市经济配套改革的重要内容之一。因而它就成为当前工业企业研究的重要课题。本文就这个课题,谈谈自己一些粗浅的想法。不当之处,望同志们指正。
