Benazepril protects glomeruli against injury, prevents or reduces proteinuria and delays the progression of kidney disease. To this end, we investigated the effects of benazepril on renal tubular function in patients with nephrotic syndrome (NS) To explore its treatment of chronic nephritis and delay the progression of chronic renal failure part of the mechanism. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection 60 cases of primary NS were hospitalized (both in line with the 1985 Second National Nephropathy Conference revised “clinical classification of glomerular disease criteria”) were randomly divided into two groups: benzene 30 cases in Puli group, 17 males and 13 females, with an average age of 40.4 years, of which 19 cases were NS Ⅰ and 11 cases were NS Ⅱ. The control group of 30 patients, 18 males and 12 females, mean age 41.4 years, of which 20 cases of NS Ⅰ type, 10 cases of NS Ⅱ type.
