目的建立妊娠期用药咨询服务新模式,实现对妊娠期用药咨询患者进行有效管理。方法采用“本地数据管理系统+微信平台”的药学服务方式,构建了妊娠期用药咨询服务平台,向患者提供及时便捷的药学服务。结果与结论妊娠期用药咨询服务平台的建立,协助临床药师对妊娠期用药咨询的患者进行了有效地管理,使妊娠期患者用药依从性也得以提高,并对制定妊娠期合理用药方案提供了有力的数据支持,从而促进临床药学工作的持续发展。
Objective To establish a new model of counseling services during pregnancy to achieve effective management of patients during pregnancy counseling. Methods By using the pharmacy service mode of “local data management system + WeChat platform”, a counseling service platform for pregnancy medication was constructed to provide timely and convenient pharmacy services to patients. Results and Conclusion The establishment of counseling service platform during pregnancy helps clinicians effectively manage the patients who are consulted during pregnancy and improve the medication compliance of patients during pregnancy and provide a powerful force in formulating a reasonable dosage regimen during pregnancy. Data support, thus promoting the sustainable development of clinical pharmacy.
