5液压变速控制系统典型实例三——具有检测控制油路的开车液压变速控制系统图4-3所示为具有检测控制油路的开车液压变速控制系统原理图。该系统的油液经过过滤器过滤后由油泵输出形成压力油,压力油分成两路,一路进入回转变速分配阀去控制各个滑移变速齿轮块拨叉的操纵油缸动作,以实现变速。另一路压力油进入滑移变速齿轮块位置检测回路。由图示可知,来自油泵的压力油经过一个固定节流阀进入检测回路,检测控制回路由各操纵油缸的位置检测装置和压力继电器组成。油压位置检测器原理很简单,即在操
