SF_6混合气体在高压变电站、地下变电站、高压开关设备中有了许多重要的应用.对SF_6气体充放回收的研究已经势在必行。为了进行这项研究。研制了由膜式压缩机和波纹管密封无油泵组成的循环机组对SF_6、空气。氮气进行了抽气压缩试验。试验装置由钢瓶、压机、无油泵、各种阀门、真空测量仪表组成.严格按照特定的操作过程进行抽气压缩试验.对空气的试验表明;极限压力可达2700帕.其中压机预抽时间为156秒;第二次对氮气进行试验,达到2000帕的时间是18分27秒.其中包括预抽的156秒:第三次是对SF_6进行真空压缩回收,达到600帕的时间平均约为41分钟.经过对抽速曲线的分析发现:抽气时间几乎与气体的分子量成正比.对这种无油泵直接排大气的抽气性能作了比较.所获得的结果可以为抽重质量气体的应用设备提供必要的选用参数的估算根据.
