急性溶血症作为应用头孢曲松 (Ｃｅｆｔｒｉａｘ ｏｎｅ)的致死副作用极为罕见。作者报道 1例镰状细胞贫血 (ＳＣＡ)患儿 ,既往 6次头孢曲松治疗成功 ,但第 7次发生急性溶血症。这是至今首例儿童头孢曲松相关性非致死性溶血的报道。病例 1例 6岁ＳＣＡ男孩入院治疗血管阻塞危
Acute hemolytic disease is extremely rare as a lethal side effect of ceftriaxone. The authors reported 1 case of sickle cell anemia (SCA), the success of the previous 6 ceftriaxone treatment, but the first 7 cases of acute hemolytic disease.
