各位代表: 我们广东图书馆学会第四、五两届理事会,是按照中国图书馆学会的要求,即:“……各地可根据全国学会章程提出一个实施细则便可以了,不必再另立章程……”的精神,通过了《中国图书馆学会章程广东省实施细则》的。经过几年来的实践,证明该《细则》基本符合我省图书馆界的情况,对促进我省图书馆学的研究和图书馆事业的发展以及团结广大图书馆工作者方面,均起到了积极的作用。但由于形势的不断发展,情况的不断变化,学会建设的实际需要,我们认为应该提出一个更切合我省图书馆界实际情况的“章程”(草案),才能更符合新形势下的新要求,为此,拟出《广东图书馆学会章程》(草案)(讨论稿),提交大会讨论通过,并作以下几点说明,供各位代表参考。
Dear Delegates: The 4th, 5th and 5th Councils of Guangdong Library Association are in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese Library Association, namely: “... all localities can put forward an implementation regulation according to the National Institute of Learning Articles, ... ”spirit, adopted the“ Regulations of the Chinese Library Association of Guangdong Province Regulations ”. After several years of practice, that the “rules” basically in line with the situation in our province’s library industry, to promote the study of library science in our province and the development of the library industry, as well as unite the majority of library workers, have played a positive effect. However, due to the continuous development of the situation, the changing situation and the actual needs of our society, we think we should come up with a “charter” (draft) that is more suitable for the actual situation of our province’s library community so as to better meet the new requirements of the new situation. To this end, the proposed “Statute of the Guangdong Library Association” (draft) (discussion draft), submitted to the General Assembly for discussion and adoption, and make the following statement for your reference.
