牵连关系的成立需要两方面的因素:主观上的牵连意图和客观行为之间的因果关系。对于牵连犯,除法律有明文规定从一重处外,一般应当实行数罪并罚。
The establishment of implicated relations requires two factors: the causal relationship between subjective implicature and objective behavior. For implicated prisoners, except where the law explicitly stipulates that a prison should be punished by several crimes, it should generally be implemented.
