持续性枕横位是常见异常胎位,处理不当,可致母要较大伤害。我院1988年4月至1990年3月对51例持续性枕横位用Kielland氏产钳助娩,并与同期胎吸组53例对照,效果满意,现报道如下。
Persistent occipital transverse position is a common abnormal fetal position, improper handling, can cause greater harm to the mother. Our hospital from April 1988 to March 1990 on 51 cases of continuous occipital transverse force with Kielland forceps for delivery, and with the same period fetal suction group of 53 patients with satisfactory results are reported below.
