校本课程开发是以学校为基地的一种课程开发策略,是教师专业发展的有效途径。但教师专业发展并不会自动发生,借助校本课程开发促进教师专业发展的前提是教师职业角色的转换。本文就教师“由知识的传递者向学习的促进者转变”、“由单一型教师向全能型教师转变”、“由经验型教师向研究型教师转变”、“由守业者向创业者转变”四个方面进行初步探讨。
School-based curriculum development is a school-based curriculum development strategy and an effective approach to teacher professional development. However, the professional development of teachers does not happen automatically. The precondition for promoting the professional development of teachers with the help of school-based curriculum development is the transformation of teachers’ professional roles.
