黑政办发[2012]65号各市(地)、县(市)人民政府(行署),省政府各直属单位:《黑龙江省省级自然保护区范围调整和功能区调整及更改名称管理办法》已经省政府领导同意,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。2012年8月15日黑龙江省省级自然保护区范围调整和功能区调整及更改名称管理办法第一条为规范黑龙江省省级自然保护区的建设和管理,根据《中华人民共和国自然保护区条例》、《黑龙江省省级自然保护区管理办法》及《国务院办公厅关于做好自然保护区管理有关工作的通知》(国办发[2010]63号)有关规定,制定本办法。
