本文通过对新时期高校艺术教育师资队伍建设存在的问题分析,认为目前我国高校公共艺术教育师资队伍建设仍然存在着育人观念淡漠、综合素养偏低、队伍不稳定、队伍结构不合理等突出问题。针对这些问题,新时期高校艺术教育教师队伍建设必须紧跟时代步伐,树立崭新的教育教学理念;增强职业道德,提升艺术教师的综合素养;优化艺术师资队伍的结构,发挥教师队伍的整体功能;吸引、稳定、激励人才,促进艺术教师的迅速成长。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the faculty building of art education in colleges and universities in the new era, this paper argues that there are still some outstanding problems in the construction of faculty of public art education in colleges and universities in our country, such as indifference of educating people, low comprehensive qualifications, team instability and unreasonable team structure . In view of these problems, the construction of college faculty of art education in the new era must keep pace with the times and establish a brand-new concept of education and teaching; enhance professional ethics and enhance the comprehensive qualities of art teachers; optimize the structure of artistic faculty and give full play to the overall functions of faculty; Attract, stabilize and motivate talents and promote the rapid growth of art teachers.
