高效磨削是提高磨削生产效率的一种方法。它可以改变传统的工艺方法,即不经过其它切削加工直接磨削成形。下面介绍几种高效磨削的特点与应用。离速磨削普通磨削时,砂轮的线速度等于或小于35米/秒,当砂轮线速度大于50m/s以上称为高速磨削。也就是说:每颗磨粒以50米/秒以上的速度通过磨削区域切削工件。这就是高速磨削与普通磨削最基本的区别。它有以下三个优点。
