铜陵县黄梅剧团,是个老团。党的十一届三中全会后,县委领导高瞻远瞩,为了发展黄梅戏,着手自筹资金兴办了学员训练班。 一九八二年三月,安庆、怀宁、贵池、青阳、南陵等地的男女新学员,在家长们的伴送下相继而来。本来就很喧闹的剧团大院,顿时又平添了勃勃生气。 团内抽调业务骨干担任教师,生活上也安排了专人管理。在教材上,吸收省内外各艺校先进经验,结合本地和学员自身条件,制定了一套切实可行的教学方案,学员培训期为三年。

In the teaching materials, absorbing the advanced experience of art schools in and outside the province, combining with local and trainees ’own conditions, a set of practicable teaching programs has been formulated. The trainees’ training period is three years.
