干草切碎机、青饲料切碎机和青贮联合收获机重要的工作部件—滚刀切碎器动刀和定刀配置的好坏,不仅影响着该部件的动力消耗且影响着切段的质量。本文试图以动切刀碎物料而不推物料为基本出发点,建立起动刀和物料的运动参数、动刀和定刀的几何参数为基本参数的数学模型,提供设计该部件相对位置的理论依据。动刀和物料的运动参数及几何参数,还影响着切割断面的形状。本文拟讨论最佳切段面形状,以提高切段质量。
