目的了解部队官兵抗菌药物知识知晓情况及抗菌药物使用行为,为合理应用抗菌药物的健康教育和行为干预提供依据。方法采用自编调查表对驻某地部队400名官兵的抗菌药物知识、使用态度和行为进行现况调查。结果收回完整应答问卷387份,部队官兵对抗菌药物相关知识欠缺,仅有12.66%(49/387)的所选问题能全部正答;不同性别、不同文化程度及不同入伍前居住地官兵抗菌药物基本知识得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);67.96%(263/387)的官兵曾有不正确使用抗菌药物行为。结论部队官兵对抗菌药物知识掌握程度不高,存在较多的不正确行为,应加强相关知识宣传教育,改变其不良用药行为。
Objective To understand the knowledge of antimicrobial agents and the use of antimicrobial agents in military officers and soldiers in order to provide evidence for rational use of antimicrobial drugs in health education and behavior intervention. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the antimicrobial knowledge, attitude and behavior of 400 officers and soldiers in a certain unit in a certain place. Results A total of 387 questionnaires were returned to the military officers and soldiers. Only 12.66% (49/387) of the selected officers and soldiers in the armed forces were able to answer the full question and answer questions. The anti-bacterial agents of officers and men living in different places with different sexes, educational levels and occupations Knowledge scores were statistically significant (P <0.05); 67.96% (263/387) officers and men had incorrect use of antimicrobial agents. Conclusion The officers and soldiers in the armed forces have a low level of mastery of antimicrobial drugs and more incorrect behaviors. Publicity and education of relevant knowledge should be strengthened to change their adverse drug use behavior.
