In this paper, we analyze the structure benefit of international tourism industry in Xinjiang by means of deviation-share analysis and make a concrete analysis on the reasons for the problems in tourism, transportation, accommodation, catering, entertainment, post and telecommunications in Xinjiang’s international tourism industry structure.
