机率值分析是杀虫剂毒力测定和抗性研究中的一种生物统计方法。因该法计算比较麻烦,数据处理工作量较大,所以在实际应用中受到一定限制。鉴于我国目前微型计算机日益普及,本文用BASIC语言编写了一个机率值分析的计算机程序。该程序对计算过程中的数据转换来用计算机自动查表方法,因此运用该程序,只要向计算机输入测定剂量数,系列剂量值,各剂量的试虫数和死虫数,在半分钟内便可打印出统计内容所要求的全部数据分析结果。该程序在苹果-Ⅱ微型计算机实例应用中表明,既简便快速,又准确可靠。
Probability value analysis is a biometric method used in insecticide virulence assays and resistance studies. Due to the calculation of this method is too much trouble, the data processing workload is large, so in practical applications subject to certain restrictions. In view of the popularization of our country microcomputer at present, this text uses BASIC language to write a computer program of probability value analysis. The program uses the computer’s automatic look-up method for data conversion in the calculation process, so using this program, as long as the measured dose number, the series of dose values, the number of test insects for each dose and the number of dead insects are entered into the computer, within half a minute All the data analysis results required by the statistics can be printed out. The program in the application of the Apple-Ⅱ microcomputer instance shows that both simple and fast, but also accurate and reliable.
