[目的]为单粒精播快繁技术在花生良种快繁上的应用提供科学依据。[方法]以吉花3号(多粒型)为研究材料,系统研究大田单粒精播节本增效高产栽培技术和大棚单粒精播高效快繁技术对花生植株性状、产量和繁殖系数的影响。[结果]两种单粒精播技术均可明显降低花生株高,增加单株结果数及饱果率,提高产量和繁殖系数,其中大棚单粒精播高效快繁技术的繁殖系数达到34.3,比常规双粒穴播提高84.5%。[结论]两种快繁技术在节种增产、提高繁殖系数上效果明显,可作为花生新品种快速繁育的可行技术。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide a scientific basis for the application of single grain sowing and fast propagation technology on the peanut seed multiplication and propagation. [Method] Taking Jihua No.3 (multi-grain type) as material, the effects of single grain sowing seeding efficiency and high yielding cultivation techniques and single grain sowing high-yielding and fast propagation techniques on peanut plant traits, yield and propagation coefficient Impact. [Result] The two single grain sowing techniques could obviously reduce the height of peanut, increase the number of fruit per plant and the full fruit rate, and increase the yield and propagation coefficient. Among them, the propagation coefficient of single sowing sowing in greenhouse was up to 34.3, 84.5% higher than conventional double-particle sowing. [Conclusion] The two fast propagation techniques were effective in increasing yield and breeding coefficient and could be used as feasible techniques for rapid breeding of new peanut varieties.
