中等职业教育师资培养质量评价工作由于评价主体、评价内容和评价指标的复杂性为质量评价体系的建立造成了一定的影响,传统的评价方式过于单一,采用文献法确定指标体系,采用模糊德尔菲法确定指标项,采用模糊层次分析法确定指标权重,最后进行模糊综合评判,能够有效保证得到的指标项和权重更加客观准确。
The quality evaluation of teacher training in secondary vocational education has a certain impact on the establishment of quality evaluation system because of the main body of evaluation, the content of evaluation and the complexity of evaluation index. The traditional evaluation method is too single, the index system is determined by the literature method, the fuzzy Delphi Law to determine the index items, the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight, and finally fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, can effectively ensure that the index items and weights obtained more objective and accurate.
