湖北省三峡库区地质灾害防治工程自2002年启动以来,一直被纳入审计重点监督范围,同三峡库区移民资金审计监督一起,被摆在同等重要的位置进行部署安排。三峡库区地质灾害防治工程先后共分三批实施,涉及宜昌市(直)、夷陵区、秭归县、兴山县和巴东县等地项目。根据审计署的统一部署,湖北省审计厅(后文简称“省审计厅”)先后于2003年、2005年、2006年和2010年组织开展四次三峡库区地质灾害防治工程审
