对于已伴发肺血管阻力升高(PHT)的大室间隔缺损(VSD),手术闭合后的肺动脉高压仍将持续导致较高的术后死亡率及并发症。该文作者采用改良的双重补片修补室间隔缺损,以期减少此类病人的死亡率及并发症发生率。该文对此手术初步结果进行了报道。
For large ventricular septal defects (VSDs) that have been associated with elevated pulmonary vascular resistance (PHT), postoperative pulmonary hypertension will continue to result in higher postoperative mortality and complications. The authors use modified double patch to repair ventricular septal defect, with a view to reducing the mortality and complication rate of such patients. The article reported the preliminary results of this operation.
