利用计算机网络技术建造石油局域网可以为油田的发展提供强有力的工具 ,而建造局域网的重要问题之一是局域网中主干网的选择。光纤分布数据接口是高速网络中最成熟的商品化技术之一 ,由于其成本的不断降低 ,非常适合用做高速数字通信的主干网。文中讨论了FDDI的体系结构 ,媒体访问介质的功能 ,物理层的逻辑结构和功能以及站管理功能。提出了选择FDDI做石油局域网的主干网 ,选择路由器作为主网与子网互连设备 ,采用双环树型的拓扑结构以满足不断增长的主干网的需要。
The use of computer network technology to build the oil LAN can provide a powerful tool for the development of the oil field, and one of the important issues in the construction of the LAN is the selection of the backbone network in the LAN. Fiber Distributed Data Interface (SDNN) is one of the most mature commercialization technologies in high-speed networks and is well suited for use as a backbone for high-speed digital communications because of its ever-decreasing cost. The paper discusses the architecture of FDDI, the function of media access medium, the logical structure and function of physical layer and the station management functions. This paper proposes that FDDI should be the backbone network of petroleum LAN, the router should be chosen as the main network and subnet interconnection equipment, and the dual ring tree topology should be adopted to meet the needs of the growing backbone network.
