国家发展改革委确定2008年价格工作要点2008年居民消费价格总水平预期调控目标为:力争控制在略低于上年实际涨幅。价格工作的总体要求是:认真贯彻当的十七大精神和中央经济工作会议精神,围绕防止经济增长由偏快转向过热、防止价格由结构性上涨演变为明显通货膨胀的首要任务,积极发挥价格杠杆作用,控制价格总水平过快上涨,促进经济发展和结构调整,加强资源节约和环境保护,着力保障和改善民生,整顿市场价格秩序,促进国民经济又好又快发展。具体工作任务:一是控制价格总水平过快上涨;二是做好涉农价格管理工作;三是推进资源性产品价格与环保收费改革;四是努力解决民生价格问题;五是大力规范市场价格秩序;六是加强价格基础工作。
