目的了解机械清洗的效果以及影响洗涤洁净度清洗质量的相关因素。方法采用STF清洗效果检测卡,对长龙全自动超声清洗机和单舱喷淋清洗机进行洗涤监测,按常规流程完成功能清洗,观察STF卡颜色变化。结果长龙全自动超声清洗机和单舱喷淋清洗机的清洗效果无明显差异,较好地清除了STF效果检测卡上的红色图案。结论 STF效果检测卡能作为清洗机清洗效果监测的有效手段,不同清洗设备对监测用品具有选择性,关注复杂器械清洗洁净度才能保证清洗质量。
Objective To understand the effect of mechanical cleaning as well as the factors that influence the cleaning quality of the cleaning detergents. Methods STF cleaning effect test card was used to monitor the cleaning of Changlong automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine and single-cabin spray washing machine. The functions were cleaned according to the routine procedure and the color change of STF card was observed. The results of the dragon automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine and single-cabin spray cleaning machine cleaning effect no significant difference, better clear the STF effect detection card on the red pattern. Conclusion STF effect detection card can be used as an effective means to monitor the cleaning effect of washing machines. Different cleaning equipments are selective for monitoring products, and the cleaning quality of complex instruments can be ensured by paying attention to the cleaning precision of complex instruments.
