目的观察排卵障碍性不孕症中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月至2015年12月在商丘商电铝业集团职工医院收治的排卵障碍性不孕症患者78例,根据治疗药物的不同随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组39例患者。对照组患者使用西医疗法进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加上中医治疗。结果两组患者月经、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素和雌二醇均较治疗前有明显改善,但观察组的改善情况优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合的方法在排卵障碍性不孕症治疗中的应用效果显著,可有效改善患者月经及排卵情况。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility. Methods Seventy-eight patients with ovulation disorder infertility who were treated in Shangqiu Shangdian Aluminum Group Hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the different therapeutic drugs, and each group 39 patients. Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine. The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. Results The menstruation, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment, but the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility effect is significant, can effectively improve the patient’s menstruation and ovulation.
