方药:一点红叶40克,天南星块茎40克(煨熟),了哥王叶40克,黄葵根皮40克,两面针根皮50克。用法:上药以冷开水洗净捣烂,加入酸醋20ml调匀外敷患处,每日用药1次,敷药部位依次以芭蕉叶、敷料覆盖,胶布固定。敷药后如患处出现皮疹即停药,改用三叉苦20克,大桉叶20克,三角泡20克。加清水1000ml煎至500ml,待温取药汁外洗患处,早晚各洗1次,每次1剂,皮疹消失后再继续敷药。疗效:治疗49例均痊愈。疗程最短者7天,最长者14天,随访8年来见复发。病例:朱某,男,37岁,1979年13月22日就诊。患者于1979年11月15日,因右下腹部阵发性绞痛,诊断为急性阑尾炎,在县人民医院留医,住院期间经保守治疗,效果欠佳,外科准备行手术治疗,但患者不同意,于
