采用金相分析方法,对热轧机万向接轴内铜滑块的磨损现象进行了定量分析。证明了该铜滑块的磨损主要是由于润滑条件被破坏而导致,采取了相应的改进措施,有效地延长了铜滑块的使用寿命。
The metallographic analysis method was used to quantitatively analyze the wear phenomenon of copper sliders in universal joint of hot rolling mill. It is proved that the wear of the copper slider is mainly caused by the destruction of the lubrication condition, and corresponding improvement measures are taken to effectively extend the service life of the copper slider.
