随着计算机技术的飞速发展,越来越多的由通用型计算机和工控组态软件产品组成的系统被人们应用于工业等领域的关键系统中。宝钢高线的盘卷输送线控制系统采用了SIEMENS S7400型PLC及PROFIBUS-DP现场总线。以宝钢高线盘卷输送线控制系统为例,介绍了应用WINCC组态软件进行在线监控及故障诊断系统开发的情况。
With the rapid development of computer technology, more and more systems composed of general-purpose computer and industrial control configuration software products are applied in the key systems of industrial fields. Baosteel Coil conveyor line control system uses SIEMENS S7400 PLC and PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus. Taking the Baosteel Coil Transfer Line Control System as an example, this paper introduces the application of WINCC configuration software for online monitoring and fault diagnosis system development.
